KOBY ADOM: DIRECTOR SERIES X THRDS STUDIO

Celebrating the work of British filmmaker Koby Adom

As part of THRD STUDIO's SHIFT CULTURE events and an evolution of Reform The Funk's director series, we hosted three exclusive screenings showing the work of three different directors. On this night we showcased a selection of Koby's short films. This was followed by a talk by the director himself, and the chance to network at the end of the night.

About The Director:

Koby Adom is a British writer/director who was named as one of ScreenDaily’s “Stars of Tomorrow (2018)”. Koby has worked on Netflix’s Top Boy, shooting second unit, and co-directed BBC1’s unreleased drama Noughts and Crosses. All three of his short films have been selected for prestigious film festivals globally, including the BAFTA qualifying London Short Film Festival, BAFTA qualifying Carmarthen Bay Film Festival, Africa International Film Festival. Koby is currently working on his first feature film Haircut.
